1. How long will it take to receive my order? Our estimated delivery time is typically between 7-14 business days for pre-made drops and 6-9 weeks for pre-order drops. However, please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and any unforeseen circumstances.

2. What are the available payment methods? We accept major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We also offer payment options through PayPal for added convenience.

3. Do you ship internationally? Yes, we ship worldwide, but to selected countries. International shipping rates and delivery times may vary. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for more information.

4. Can I track my order? Absolutely! Once your order has been processed and shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package's progress through our website or the courier's online tracking system. 

5. What is your return policy? All sales are final, but if your order arrives damaged, contact us within 5 days with photos, and we'll make it right. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any other reason.
